We are pleased to announce that a study entitled “Bioactive coating of zirconia toughened alumina ceramic implants improves cancellous osseointegration” was recently published in NATURE Scientific Reports, carried out at the Berlin-Brandenburg Center for Regenerative Therapies, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.This pre-clinical study showed that SurfLink gave the highest blood vessel density between the groups and confirmed that "the bony integration could be enhanced towards a stronger mechanical stability".
